We may know intellectually that life can change quickly. Even if we know it’s coming, it is a still a shock to experience the reality.
Priorities can shift proufoundly when we are faced with our own health challenges and the health challenges of those we care about.
Often it is hard to logistically manage work, let alone process the transformational impact of these life events have on our direction.
I’m here to help guide you through the short term difficulty to find more ease and perspecitve, and also understand how this time is shaping your relationship work in a way that is deeper and more satisfying.
This time isn’t easy, but we will get through it together.
“There are a few things that make what you do, and how you do it, unique.
First, I have never experienced your level of deep listening before. Your commitment to hearing what’s underneath, seeing patterns and mirroring clearly is so helpful.
Your expertise and wisdom cause me to think in new and different ways.
Second, you non-judgmentally meet me right where I am, and that acceptance helps me to continue to move forward.
Third, you gave me a pivotal hard truth no one else was able to give me. We don’t always see the water we’re swimming in is already boiling and your delivery was done in such a caring, honest, thoughtful and practical way.
Thank you for your patience, consistency, and encouragement. You remind me of what I say is important and remind me of how my values shine through, even if I’m feeling disconnected from them.” – SL

“There comes a time in the spiritual journey when you start making choices from a very different place. And if a choice lines up so that it supports truth, health, happiness, wisdom and love, it’s the right choice.” – Angeles Arrien
